Our mission is to develop, implement and provide necessary logistical support of the operation of a statewide Child Support Enforcement (CSE) Training Institute for the Pennsylvania Title IV-D Program.

The Bureau of Child Support Enforcement (BCSE) provides funding, curriculum criteria, and program oversight.

Domestic Relations Association of Pennsylvania (DRAP)

The Domestic Relations Association of Pennsylvania provides content expertise for curriculum development. Association members benefit from uniform training and advanced standards for program implementation.

Penn State

The Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement Training Institute (PACSETI) is responsible for providing:
- curriculum development;
- training and related instruction in all facets of the Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement (CSE) Program, including basic instruction in Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) procedures;
- training sites/facilities systems;
- Web-based training;
- training evaluation;
- ongoing curriculum updates;
- updates to the online Child Support Program Manual (CSPM); and
- project management.
