- This two-week course provides instruction on the foundation of the Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Program in Pennsylvania with a focus on the regulations, statutes, and judicial rules. The course also provides an overview of the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) and incorporates simulated PACSES processing.
+100 Level
- These courses provide in-depth instruction on each of the case management processes (i.e. Case Initiation, Locate, Paternity Establishment, Financials, Enforcement, Case Closure, etc) used in the Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement (CSE) Program. The courses vary in length from one to three days and are designed for less experienced CSE staff who require additional knowledge and understanding of individual CSE topics. The training is also appropriate for cross-training personnel in more than one CSE area of expertise.

In addition, the courses provide advanced instruction in specific subject areas relating to each of the child support enforcement (CSE) case management processes. - These individual courses address complex subjects related to child support enforcement (CSE). Instruction is centered on best practice discussions that include proven techniques and processes. The courses vary in length from one to three days and are designed for experienced CSE staff desiring a greater in-depth understanding of complex CSE issues and solutions for addressing the issues.
+400 Level
- These courses focus on enhancing the capability of directors, managers and supervisors to manage key organizational processes that drive performance improvement strategies. The courses address various methods for analyzing comparative performance data. Participants examine performance gaps/problems, determine root causes, and develop potential solutions. Additionally, the courses include case studies and experiential learning activities designed for upper level management. These courses vary in length from one to three days and are designed for experienced child support enforcement officers, supervisors, managers, and directors; however, directors may also elect to send "selected" highly experienced, responsible staff.
