Who Should Attend:Senior officers, supervisors, assistant directors, and directors in child support enforcement.
Overview and Focus:This program helps develop the participant’s skills, understanding, and confidence in fulfilling important supervisory and leadership roles in child support enforcement. Focus is on building skills in the basic competencies that today’s supervisors need in supervising and leading employees to greater individual, team and organizational performances. This highly interactive workshop features case studies, a variety of planning exercises, and other activities designed with an action-learning focus.
