Course Description
Who Should Attend:Supervisors, assistant directors, and directors in child support enforcement interested in enhancing their coaching skills to foster excellent performance in their staff.
Overview and Focus:This program has been designed to continue building skills in the basic competencies that today’s supervisors need in supervising and leading employees to greater individual, team, and organizational performances. Participants can develop practical skills in the areas of managing performance and creating a motivational climate that supports excellent individual performance. This highly interactive workshop features case studies, a variety of planning exercises, and other activities designed with an action-learning focus.
