Course Description
Who Should Attend:Experienced Child Support Enforcement (CSE) staff.
Overview and Focus:Participation in this course will facilitate a better understanding of domestic violence, its causes, and what can be done to prevent it and protect clients.
Topics Addressed:- Domestic violence and its causes
- Who domestic violence affects
- Community resources available for victims
- The roles of Domestic Relations Sections (DRSs) and the Department of Public Welfare (DPW) in protecting victims
- Confidentiality safeguards

Course Level
200 Level These courses provide instruction on emerging issues, new policies, and policy updates. In addition, the courses provide advanced instruction in specific subject areas relating to each of the child support enforcement (CSE) case management processes. The courses vary in length from one to three days and are designed for more experienced CSE staff.
