Who Should Attend:This course is designed to address the needs of newly appointed PACSES Administrators and for current administrators needing a refresher.
Overview and Focus:An overview of the PACSES system from network to PC maintenance to learning how to read the Giant Activity Matrix (GAM) will be covered in this course.

- Table maintenance
- Giant Activity Matrix (GAM)
- Hardware/Software/Network issues
- Tools and Processes, such as the PACSES Home Page (PHP), online request processes, and batch processing

Course Level
200 Level These courses provide instruction on emerging issues, new policies, and policy updates. In addition, the courses provide advanced instruction in specific subject areas relating to each of the child support enforcement (CSE) case management processes. The courses vary in length from one to three days and are designed for more experienced CSE staff.
