Course Description
Who Should Attend:This course is designed for Child Support Enforcement (CSE) workers who are responsible for handling interstate support cases on a daily basis. Prior to attending this course, CSE workers should complete the Interstate 101 and CSENet 201 courses.
Overview and Focus:This two-day course provides experienced Child Support Enforcement (CSE) staff members who deal with interstate cases an in-depth understanding of complex issues and solutions for addressing interstate issues.
The goal of the course is to move beyond the basic concepts covered in New Hire and 101 materials to provide experienced interstate CSE staff with challenges that will expand their skills in effective interstate case processing.
- Best practice discussions that include proven or recommended techniques, processes, and tools to increase the successful establishment, modification, and enforcement of support orders that involve interstate aspects.
