Course Description

Who Should Attend:

This workshop is appropriate for all Child Support Enforcement (CSE) directors, managers, supervisors, support case conference officers, and all staff members responsible for establishing, enforcing, collecting and managing medical support data, and dealing with medical support reports and performance measures.

Overview and Focus:

The focus of the workshop is to provide an overview of all recent and upcoming changes related to the establishment, enforcement, and processing of medical support within the Title IV-D CSE Program. A primary focus of this workshop is how to accurately record data for data reliability concerns and how to improve medical support performance measures.
