Performance Improvement Module (PIM) Phase I Orientation Workshop

Course Description

This workshop is appropriate for any child support enforcement (CSE) worker responsible for processing and maintaining support cases to ensure that current support is a reliable source of income for families and that arrears owed are paid.

The focus of the workshop is to introduce Performance Improvement Module (PIM) Phase I, the Child Support Web Site (CSWS) Administrative Module (Admin Module) and the Case Summary and Performance Summary screens, that will provide Domestic Relations Section (DRS) workers assistance in increasing collections on current support and arrears. Using the Admin Module will enhance DRS workers’ ability to quickly identify if a support case needs action and make informed decisions to determine the next action to be taken.
