Module 1: New Hire Orientation

Course Description

New Hire Training is required for all newly hired Child Support Enforcement (CSE) staff and enrollment is mandated within the first six months of employment.

This module is an online-only offering to allow participants to quickly and efficiently complete day one of introductory material from their county/agency office at their convenience. This module must be completed prior to attending the weeklong Module 2. Materials covered include history and organization of the Title IV-D CSE program, CSE subsystems, program performance incentives, online electronic resources, and a PACSES overview.

New Hire This two-week course provides instruction on the foundation of the Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Program in Pennsylvania with a focus on the regulations, statutes, and judicial rules. The course also provides an overview of the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) and incorporates simulated PACSES processing.
