Module 2: Core Curriculum

Course Description

New Hire Training is required for all newly hired Child Support Enforcement (CSE) staff and enrollment is mandated within the first six months of employment.

This module will include five consecutive days of classroom instruction and will cover more in-depth instruction in the CSE subsystems: Case Initiation, Locate, Establishment, Financials, Enforcement, Interstate, Intrastate, and Case Closure.

New Hire This two-week course provides instruction on the foundation of the Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Program in Pennsylvania with a focus on the regulations, statutes, and judicial rules. The course also provides an overview of the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) and incorporates simulated PACSES processing.
