Course Description
Who Should Attend:New Hire Training is required for all newly hired Child Support Enforcement (CSE) staff and enrollment is mandated within the first six months of employment.
Overview and Focus:This will be a one-day standalone training in Customer Service. This program provides participants with an overview of individual practices that promote positive and continuing relationships with both internal and external customers. This highly interactive workshop features case studies, a variety of planning exercises, and other activities designed with an action learning focus.

New Hire This two-week course provides instruction on the foundation of the Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Program in Pennsylvania with a focus on the regulations, statutes, and judicial rules. The course also provides an overview of the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) and incorporates simulated PACSES processing.
