Course Description

Who Should Attend:

New Hire Training is required for all newly hired Child Support Enforcement (CSE) staff and enrollment is mandated within the first six months of employment.

Overview and Focus:

This module represents the last three days of the cumulative ten days of New Hire Training. It consists of three consecutive days of classroom instruction in which key elements from the broad range of CSE curriculum are illustrated through realistic case scenarios presented to participants. This is accomplished by creating multiple case scenario examples that are presented in an interactive setting.

Course Level

New Hire This two-week course provides instruction on the foundation of the Title IV-D Child Support Enforcement Program in Pennsylvania with a focus on the regulations, statutes, and judicial rules. The course also provides an overview of the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) and incorporates simulated PACSES processing.
