  • Parking: Parking is free. Participants should park in one of two parking lots. One is located north of the Thompson Professional Development Center. The other is located northwest of the Professional Development Center. You can park in either of these two lots or anywhere that is not reserved, with your parking pass. A parking pass may be obtained from one of the instructors to place in your vehicle.
  • Training Room Location: The classroom is in the Penn College Thompson Professional Development Center. Training will be held in the Mountain laurel Room. Follow signs in the reception area.
  • Lunch: Participants are not allowed to bring their own food into the classroom. Lunch is on your own. There are no vending machines on site. See Dining Options below.
  • Emergency Closing: Emergency class cancellations will be posted on the PACSETI Web site Announcements page. A voice message will also be left on the PACSETI Harrisburg office telephone at 717-783-8729.

  1. Take Route 15 South.
  2. Follow Route 15 South onto Route 220 North/I-180 East.
  3. Take Exit 28.
  4. Turn LEFT onto Maynard Street.
  5. Turn LEFT onto Hagan Way (Penn College entrance).
  6. Arrive at 1 College Avenue, Williamsport, PA.
 From the South via Route 15
  1. Take Route 15 North.
  2. Bear RIGHT onto Hastings Street (one way street).
  3. Hastings Street becomes Market Street.
  4. Cross the bridge.
  5. Continue on Market Street.
  6. Turn LEFT onto West 4th Street.
  7. Turn LEFT onto Maynard Street.
  8. Turn RIGHT onto Hagan Way (Penn College entrance).

  1. Take I-180 West.
