  • Parking: Parking is available at metered parking spaces at $1 per hour. Please bring an abundance of quarters with you if you plan to park here. Parking is also available in the open parking lot at North 7th and Herr Streets at a daily rate of $7. The booth attendant is available from 6:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M. After 8:30 A.M., the “honor system” is used. Go to the booth to pick up an envelope, write your license plate number on it, and enclose $7. The phone number for this parking lot is 717-234-3810.
  • Training Room Location: Enter at the front on the 7th Street side of the building. Press the intercom button and when answered, state your name and that you are attending PACSETI training. The door will then be unlocked, as there is security card entry only. Proceed to the front desk and sign in to receive a visitor’s badge. Note: A photo I.D. is required. You will then be directed to the training room. Please note that the back entrance is no longer accessible.
  • Breaks: Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water are provided on breaks. There are vending machines available.
  • Lunch: Lunch is on your own. You may bring a bag lunch; NO refrigerator or microwave are available. There are a number of eateries in the area within walking or driving distance. See Dining Options below.
  • Mass Transit: Train and bus services into Harrisburg are available. It is approximately a 15 minute walk from either station to the classroom. Taxicabs are available: American Taxi (717-901-8294) or Penn Central Taxi (717-909-9944).
  • Emergency Closing: Emergency class cancellations will be posted on the PACSETI Web site Announcements page. A voice message will also be left on the PACSETI office phone (717-783-8729).

 From the North via I-81 South
  1. Take Exit 67 onto Route 22 East.
  2. Take Route 22 East toward Harrisburg.
  3. Continue on Route 22 East, which becomes North Cameron Street.
  4. Turn RIGHT onto Herr Street.
  5. Turn RIGHT onto North 7th Street.
  6. Arrive at 1303 North 7th Street, building is on the right.
 From the South via I-83 North
  1. Take Exit 43 (2nd Street/State Capital).
  2. Continue on 2nd Street.
  3. Turn RIGHT onto Forster Street.
  4. Turn LEFT onto North 7th Street.
  5. Arrive at 1303 North 7th Street, building is on the right.
From the East via Route 322 West
  1. Merge onto I-83 South.
  2. Take Exit 43 (2nd Street/State Capital).
  3. Continue on 2nd Street.
  4. Turn RIGHT onto Forster Street.
  5. Turn LEFT onto North 7th Street.
  6. Arrive at 1303 North 7th Street, building is on the right.
From the West via I-76 East
  1. Take Exit 236 onto Route 15 North toward Harrisburg.
  2. Route 15 North becomes the Camp Hill Bypass.
  3. Bear LEFT on the Harvey Taylor Bridge Bypass.
  4. Go straight onto Forster Street.
  5. Turn LEFT onto North 7th Street.
