  • Parking: Parking is free. Parking will be in the Penn State Altoona "Blue" parking lot. The "Blue" lot is located behind the "old" Viponds Appliance building between the 10th Ave. Expressway and 15th St. Access this lot from 15th St. or right off the 10th Ave. Expressway. OR from 12th Ave., turn left onto 15th St., Go straight 1-1/2 blocks; parking lot is on left. Participants should obtain parking permits from the receptionist on the first day of class.
  • Training Room Location: Classroom #003, follow signs in the reception area.
  • Breaks: Vending machines are available on the first floor of the building.
  • Lunch: Lunch is at the discretion of the participant. Participants may bring their own lunches to the training site; however, no microwave or refrigerator is available.
  • Emergency Closing: Emergency class cancellations will be posted on the PACSETI Web site Announcements page. A voice message will also be left on the PACSETI office phone at 717-783-8729. . Additional information that pertains to this location may be placed here also.
