Karen E. Winkler is Officer Supervisor for Bucks County. Karen has more than 15 years experience in county government, working initially in the County Commissioners’ Public Information Office, then as a Domestic Relations Conference and Enforcement Officer and PACSES Administrator/Education Coordinator. She developed the Bucks County Domestic Relations Reach Out program to educate clients, students, county departments, and service organizations on domestic relations law and policy.
Karen became Adult Basic Education Program Supervisor at the Bucks County Correctional Facility in 2007 after teaching classes for 7 years. She also volunteered her time with at-risk youth for Middle Earth Services.
Karen joined PACSETI in July 2003 as an adjunct instructor.
