John Graham is the Director of the Domestic Relations Section (DRS) in Westmoreland County, where he began in 1986. Prior to coming to Westmoreland County, he served for 10 years in Greene County, where he was the Director of Domestic Relations, Chief Adult Probation Officer, Chief Juvenile Probation Officer, and administered and co-taught the Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Program. John is a past member of the board of directors of the Domestic Relations Association of Pennsylvania (DRAP) and the advisory board of the Penn State Institute for Continuing Justice Education and Research. Currently, he is serving as a county representative on the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) Advisory Council (PAC). John is a past president of the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association, where he developed that organization’s first Web site, and where he currently serves on the Technical and Interstate Improvement Committees. He has taught at Ohio University, Lockbourne Air Force Base, Monmouth College (Illinois), and Waynesburg College.
