Faculty Member

As a veteran Conference Officer in the Erie County Domestic Relations Section (DRS) since 1994, Pam Runser enjoys the daily challenges of this multifaceted environment. Pam initially became interested in training others when she was called on to assist in training the professional staff in Erie County to understand the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA). Since that time, she has assisted in training new conference officers, acted as a mentor to those officers, and shared her experience with other staff members as well. During her time in DRS, Pam has specialized in conducting conferences involving defendants in the military and spent several years resolving complaints for spousal support and/or alimony pendente lite. Currently, Pam is a member of the Interstate Unit and specializes in complex interstate cases.

Pam joined PACSETI in February 2003 as an adjunct instructor.
