Tina Reedy began her child support career in 1996 in the Lebanon County Domestic Relations Section (DRS), where she served as the Fiscal Operations Officer. In June 1999, she joined the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement System (PACSES) as a subject matter expert. Due to the creation of the State Collection and Disbursement Unit (SCDU), the Financial Exceptions Unit (FXU) was established to provide financial exceptions processing for the counties. Tina supervised this unit from 2000 to November 2004, when she left the PACSES project. Tina joined the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement Training Institute (PACSETI) in the spring of 2005 to assist in the writing of curriculum materials.

After serving in an adjunct role from November 2007 through August 2008, Tina joined the Institute as an instructor in September 2008.
