Patricia A. Coacher graduated from The Catholic University of America after completing a legislative internship with the Irish Parliament in Dublin, Ireland. In 1988, she graduated from The Widener University School of Law and began her legal career as an associate in private practice, concentrating in family law. Additionally, she clerked for the Honorable Francis J. Catania, President Judge of Delaware County, working on Orphan’s Court issues.
In 2001, Trish started working in the Office of Support Enforcement in Delaware County as a Title IV-D attorney, assisting custodial parents, the Department of Public Welfare, and Juvenile Probation with the establishment, modification, and enforcement of child support orders while maintaining her private practice.
Trish continues as a Title IV-D attorney in Delaware County, where she has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in all matters related to child support.
Trish joined PACSETI in 2007 as an adjunct instructor.
