Patrick W. Quinn is presently the Administrator of the Family Division - Adult Section of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, where he has served since March 2003.
Previously, he served in the Allegheny County Solicitor’s Office as Manager of the Department of Human Services Legal Unit and Child Support Legal Services Unit (1992 to 2003). From 1989 to 1992, Patrick was the Deputy Administrator of the Allegheny County Family Division. He was with the Child Support Unit of the Allegheny County Solicitor’s Office from 1984 to 1989.
Patrick had previously been extensively involved in the local and administrative aspects of dependency law and permanence for children in Allegheny County.
He currently serves as a board member and past president of the Domestic Relations Association of Pennsylvania (DRAP). He has served as chair of the Intercounty Standardization and Supreme Court Rules Comment Committees of DRAP for a number of years.
Patrick joined PACSETI in 2007 as an adjunct instructor.
