Kevin began his employment in the Montgomery County Domestic Relations Section as an Enforcement Officer in April 1994. In 2000, Kevin was promoted to the position of Enforcement Supervisor where he supervised a staff of ten Enforcement Officers and eight secretaries. In this role, Kevin conducted all Financial Institution Data Matches (FIDM), and reviewed cases for Driver’s License Suspension and Credit Bureau Reporting. He monitored daily enforcement conferences and contempt of court hearings and conducted bench warrant reviews. Kevin also was responsible for training and evaluating of staff regarding child support enforcement. He served as chairman of the 2001 Eastern DRAP Conference and was the Outstanding Service Award recipient for December 2001.
