Diane began a career in Child Support Enforcement in November 1991 as a Hearing Officer for the Centre County Domestic Relations Section. In October 1999, she was appointed the PACSES Administrator for the Centre County Domestic Relations Section. Diane left Centre County in February 2001 to join the PACSES Project in Harrisburg as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this position, Diane assisted county Domestic Relations workers and Commonwealth staff in resolving a variety of issues. She assisted Commonwealth staff with providing CSENet training to Domestic Relations workers.

Diane joined PACSETI in August 2002.
