After early positions in management services, technical writing, and substitute teaching, Jeanne began working as Director of Lebanon County Domestic Relations Section. Jeanne worked with staff in implementing the IV-D program and all of its programs including automation of the DRS. She served on the DRAP Board of Directors and was active on the IV-A / IV-D Committee, the Interstate / Intrastate Committee, and helped to plan programs for DRAP Conferences. Jeanne left Lebanon County DRS after twenty-three years, having seen her staff increase from three to thirty during those intervening years.
Jeanne was hired by PACSES in August 1996, while the computer system was still being designed. She worked with staff responsible for implementation to explain and train people statewide on the use of PACSES. As an employee of Lockheed Martin IMS, later ACS-State and Local Solutions, Jeanne became head of the Subject Matter Expert (SME) group at PACSES, providing support and information to DRS users about the computer system and it’s functioning. As a SME, Jeanne’s duties also included interpreting business procedures to the technical staff, explaining laws and regulations, and in designing changes and enhancement to the system.
Jeanne joined PACSETI in July 2002.
