Elaine retired as Assistant Director of York County Domestic Relations in July 2003, after 20 years of service.
After working as an adjunct faculty member from January 2003 through August 2004, Elaine joined PACSETI as a full-time instructor in September 2004.
She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA).
