Faculty Member

Originally a Pennsylvania native, Rachel returned to her home state after receiving a bachelor’s degree at the University of Detroit Mercy in 1998. She was initially employed with the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas as a Domestic Relations Officer. Rachel was later promoted to a Financial Specialist. While in this later position, she developed several training documents and administered training sessions to assist the staff with basic and complex issues related to the child support enforcement system.

Rachel joined PACSETI in June 2002.
